The Process

Let’s talk about my process for creating the best photos, videos and floor plans -

Photography

Most properties just don’t have great natural light. Rooms are often dark, while windows end up too bright in photos. This can make a nice property look dingy and unappealing to potential buyers.

I use an editing process called flash ambient blending for all of the interior photography I do. This allows me to achieve the best lighting and accurate color, realistic shadows and textures, and perfect exterior exposures. With this technique, property photography looks realistic, but also high end, and shines the best light on each room. It is a more detailed and time consuming process, but yields amazing worth while results compared to traditional HRD photography. Check it out below:

The Final Product

Voila! Perfect exposure, inside and out, natural lighting, and accurate colors.

Video

My videos have the person touch! While virtual tours like Matterport® may be neat and flashy, they just don’t make properties look very nice. They expose all of the unattractive and less than perfect parts of a property. That’s why I choose to offer video walkthroughs. Video walkthrough allow me to curate what a potential buyer sees, highlighting the property and its best features. Combine this with smooth editing and engaging music, a video walkthrough is the perfect tool for a digital tour.

Drone Photography and Videography

Santa Barbara looks amazing from the air, and most properties can really benefit from fantastic drone shots. I’m a FAA certified drone pilot. I’m knowledgeable and experienced, keeping everything safe while creating amazing photos and video!

Floor Plans

Most floor plan software and apps spit out drawings that are simply unattractive. They often seem unfinished and unrefined. I use powerful software to accurately create drawings of a property, but finish the floor plan in Photoshop to create a high end and polished look.
